Huge fan of this show, and I highly recommend Green Lantern: The Animated Series to anyone who likes superheroes, cartoons, or just good television. I have a little statue of St Walker on my desk as I type this, which was one of the few bits of merch they were ever able to put out, and its lovely. If you haven't yet seen this who, please do!
These three all glow in the dark in the appropriate areas, their rings (or the bottom of her boots and eyes, in Aya's case), and their aura/halo/whatever you would like to call the mini atmosphere the ring gives them. They're also sculpted to reflect how they were animated in the show, Razer's being more spiked and flame like, Aya's alive but balanced, and St Walker's very even, pulsing and soothing.
