Blue Ring Spotopus - SOLD

Repainted one of my octopuses while doing a bunch of repaints for Art-O-Con a few months ago for a bit of fun while waiting for paint to dry on some of my newer pieces. I am really pleased with how he looks now! There's some nice gradation on the back of his mantle, that you can't really see in these photos but that I'm really proud of. He's based on the colouring and patterns of blue ring octopi, which a google search informed me don't have to be the yellow or orange I was more familiar with. Which made sense really, given how fluid your average octopus is with their pigmentation.
